The Collegiate Athletic Union of Dahrconia (CAUD) is a non-profit association which regulates athletes of 1,281 institutions, conferences, organizations, and individuals. It also organizes the athletic programs of many colleges and universities in The Sovereignty of Dahrconia, and helps more than 450,000 college student-athletes who compete annually in college sports. The organization is headquartered in Riverdale, Oreconsin. Before the CAUD came along, all the schools were independents until 1998, when it was decided by Parliament that there should be a governing body overseeing all the collegiate athletics that is taking place in the Sovereignty. There are 16 conferences that make up the CAUD.

College Football Edit

The CAUD sponsors a 32-team single-elimination tournament to determine the National Champion and is awarded the Prince of Wales Trophy by the reigning Monarchy at the championship game, which takes place at Dahrconia's capital city of Superabet City. The tournament is made up with the conference champions (16) and the remaining 16 spots are at-large bids and are selected by a Selection Committee. Then the tournament is split to 4 8-team brackets, with the winners of the regions meeting in the semifinals with the two finalists meeting in the championship game.

College Basketball Edit

The CAUD also sponsors a 64-team single-elimination tournament to determine the National Champion. Like March Madness in the states, the tournament is made up with the conference champions (16) and the remaining 48 spots are at-large bids and are selected by a Selection Committee. Just like March Madness in the states, the tournament is split to 4 16-team brackets, with the winners of the regions meeting in the Final Four and the two finalists meeting in the championship game.

Conferences Edit

  1. Big 8 Conference
  2. Metro Conference
